In India at all hotels and resorts guest at time of check in need to show their valid photo identification card.

Note: VISA is compulsory to Travel to India for all Foreign Nationals. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

In an unfortunate situation of cancellation of a trip we shall receive a written cancellation from guests and shall proceed on working days (Monday to Friday). As there may be  different services (safari, transportation, accommodation etc) in any package and all these different services  have different cancellation policies. So while sharing quotes with guests, considering all these different services we share a cancellation policy with guests which will supersede below cancellation policy.
Different hotels have different cancellation policies. Most Hotels offer refunds if cancellation is done 45 days prior to arrival date (except long weekend and festive time). There are certain services like safari Booking or Forest Rest House package where there is very little refund once booked. while on transportation and guide services there will be cancellation charges as per below detail.

The Company will not be liable to any passenger for refund, compensation or claim for shortening of tour in relation to tour shown in itinerary or any cancellation, route change or postponement or delay of any airlines/trains due to any reason whatsoever including fog or bad weather and the tickets/package are issued subject to the conditions herein.

Refunds will be processed through the same online mode from which the payment was received. In case of any query about the refund or cancellation, please contact our team.

Refund timelineOnce the refund is initiated it takes maximum 7 business days for the refund to reflect into customer’s account.

We, The Indian Voyage u/o GVVPL, are travel agents, endeavour best to impart all necessary information regarding resort. But we do not hold any responsibilities for any discrepancy in service standard or stay standards of any resort. Although if any issues arises during the stay, we shall always put genuine efforts to resolve that issue immediately

Force Majeure

There can be exceptional circumstances where The Indian Voyage and / or the Service Providers may be unable to honor the confirmed bookings due to various reasons like act of God, labor unrest, a pandemic, an epidemic, arson, riot, insolvency, flooding, government decisions, terrorist activity, any operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations etc. or any other reason beyond the control of The Indian Voyage U/O GVVPL. If The Indian Voyage U/O GVVPL has advanced knowledge of any such situations where dishonor of bookings may happen, it will make its best efforts to provide similar alternative to the User or refund the booking amount after deducting applicable service charges, if supported and refunded by that respective service operators. The User agrees that The Indian Voyage U/O GVVPL being merely a facilitator of the services and products booked, cannot be held responsible for any such Force Majeure circumstance.
The User agrees that in the event of non-confirmation of booking due to any technical reasons (like network downtime, disconnection with third party platforms such as payment gateways, banks etc.) or any other similar failures, The Indian Voyage U/O GVVPL obligation shall be limited refunding the booking amount, if any, received from the customer. Such refund shall completely discharge The Indian Voyage from all liabilities with respect to that transaction. Additional liabilities, if any, shall be borne by the User.
In no event shall The Indian Voyage U/O GVVPL and be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages, and any other damages like damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Website or any other Sales Channel.


We have monitored all content and checked its authenticity still if there is any technical error our company is not liable to indemnify losses generated by that error or misinformation. Our communication over email will supersede all information or conditions offered in our website. As we are facilitators and any update or revision shall be updated in our website accordingly so we may update our website any time to correct or to revise charges. We use the best technical knowledge in operation of our website, still its continuous and smooth access may be interrupted any moment due to factors beyond our control like maintenance, website traffic, server problems etc. Our website does not accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any ability/inability to access or to use the Site.
